Who We Are.

Offices at 168 Robinson is a renovated rectory, which is the former residence of priests. The property was built in 1930. 

Over the years, changes to the property made it outdated and the property recently fell into disrepair. In 2014, it was renovated to its original glory and converted to an innovative office building. The building itself is two floors that contain 8 office spaces, ranging from 162 to 629 square feet. 

Rental of an office includes use of our beautiful shared conference room that seats eight comfortably. It also includes access to a completely new kitchen, with fridge, sink, and microwave. 

The principals of the Offices at 168 Robinson have over 30 years of experience in developing and managing property in the Western New York area. We are a family company with strong ties to the local community.
